Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and it does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third parties. Everything is served from our own domain through our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, which necessarily processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages securely. We have not enabled access logging for this website.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry through the form, your name, email address, optional telephone number and message are relayed through Amazon Web Services and our email delivery provider, Mailgun, solely to deliver the enquiry to our mailbox. The website does not store submissions. If you email us directly, your message is handled by our email provider in the usual way.

We ask you to keep a first enquiry general. Confidential names and figures can be discussed once we are in contact.

How we use and share information

Information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry, to carry out any resulting instruction, and to meet our legal obligations, such as verifying identity when we accept an instruction. It is read only by the principals and handled on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell or publish it, and we share it with third parties only where the matter requires it or the law obliges us to.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only for as long as the matter and our legal record-keeping obligations require. You may ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to those obligations.
