About OIPC

OIPC is an independent professional firm based in Windhoek.

The firm's work combines Namibian tax, commercial law and regulatory experience with corporate finance, actuarial analysis, valuations and financial modelling.

This range is particularly relevant to transactions and foreign investment. The tax, legal, regulatory and financial work can be dealt with as part of the same instruction rather than being commissioned separately from several firms.

OIPC acts for local and international businesses, investors, financial institutions, family-owned businesses, shareholders and private clients.

The work undertaken depends on the instruction. A transaction may require due diligence, a valuation, tax advice, exchange control approval and transaction documents. An international business entering Namibia may require advice on its investment structure, company registration, licences and ongoing compliance. A retirement or estate matter may require tax advice and actuarial projections.

Where foreign law or another specialist field is involved, OIPC works with an appropriate adviser in that jurisdiction or field.
